12G-SDI to Fiber Transmitter (CWDM)
The OTX 1440 is a compact CWDM 12G-SDI to fiber transmitter designed to combat the restrictions involved with the distribution of uncompressed broadcast quality video signals over long distances. When paired with a fiber to 12G-SDI receiver (e.g. ORX 1400) it becomes a cost-effective optical transmission / receiver system for 12G-SDI signals up to 4096x2160p 60Hz. Select from up to 18 wavelengths for full CWDM compatibility.
Operation of the OTX 1440 is fully automatic. The video format is automatically detected, reclocked and transmitted over the optical connection. A reclocked 12G-SDI output is available. The OTX 1440 supports 12G, 6G, 3G and 1.5G-SDI video standards.
